Leave Your Legacy: The Oasis is the third stage of The Journey. It follows Take Your Step and Live Your Belief. We recommend doing those first, but you can start here without them. It is for senior leaders who know how to lead and now want to decide what they leave behind. There are no classes, no cohort and no weekly schedule. Everything is built around you and moves at your pace. You work with The Council of Eclectic Leadership. This is a group of Guides who meet with you together. Each Guide brings a different point of view, and all of them help you shape what you know into something others can inherit. Here is how it works: 1. The Reckoning. A private conversation about who you are and what you want to leave. 2. The Council Convenes. The Guides meet you and work through your purpose together. 3. Immersive experiences. Carefully chosen moments away from the desk that spark new insight. 4. Legacy Architecture. You design how your thinking reaches the next generation, such as a curriculum, a fellowship, a mentoring structure or a partnership. 5. The Network. You join other legacy builders working towards 100,000 Eclectic Leaders by 2050. We measure success over time by three questions. Can you say clearly what you want to leave? Is there a real way for it to reach others? How many future Eclectic Leaders now carry your thinking?
