About
The Journey comprises three phases towards becoming eclectic: 1. Take Your Step (Stepping Towards Eclectic Practices) 2. Live Your Belief 3. Build Your Legacy Take Your Step is the first one, where you upgrade yourself from having an incomplete view of leadership to an eclectic one. No matter your profession, you face bias against you, your ideas, and your identity; you witness bias around you and sadly, you have bias inside you too. This is what Eclectic Leadership fights against, and you can take your first step to survive in the chaos and confusion caused by bias. This is a self-study programme, and not coaching. You get four weeks with short articles, a quiz with almost every one, and one live hour each week with Shehzaad, the Founder & Guide of the Eclectic Leadership Movement. ================ Week 1: Bias and the Menu: see the bias narrowing every decision you make, and stop grazing at whatever method is loudest. Week 2: Your own ground: find clarity, connections, and confluence in where you actually stand. Week 3: What eclectic leadership is: the four domains, three conditions, and the skills to curate, aggregate, integrate, and regenerate wisdom that spans cultures and traditions, not just one playbook. Week 4: Your Map: turn the last three weeks into a single one-page view of where you stand, where your blind spots are, and what to do next. ================ This is a small live cohort, capped at five seats in total. You will leave with a Map of your Clarity, Connections & Confluence in your fight against bias. You should Take Your Step to becoming eclectic if you have tried all kinds of training and coaching and still feel they gave you partial solutions. Refund available any time during the programme, and up to 30 days after it ends. Free access to Shehzaad for two months after the programme ends, one 30-minute call a week, for any guidance. Next cohort: Friday 9 October, 1 to 2 PM UK, five places only. "Bias is toxic, fix is eclectic."
